Get the Shock Doctor gel ones (I think they come in green and blue gel stuff). They'll cost you 9.99 a piece, but they'll really mold to your teeth and stick there. Perfect talking and much cheaper than going to the dentist and getting a custom one. Much safer than chopping up a cheap one.

Yea half the time i just kinda keep hanging out of the corner of my mouth just in case a ref happens to see me. The refs where i play are really strict with mouthguards tho.

Haha, I remember that. You got pissed off for some reason and when the ref called half time you just threw your stick up really high.

The other 2 were eiter slashing or an illegal hit. You are indeed a very violent goalie.

I hate mouthguards. But a goalie could probably get away without wearing one, who is going to look! But still, better safe then sorry.

I use the same mouth guard that I use for muay thai and jui jitsu training. It is one of those shock doctor ones that boxers use. I think that it holds better in my teeth so I have a better time talking with it instead of those cheap ones that you get from the coaches.

agreed but you have to mold them because the adult on me is way to small when you first see it then you have to mold because you can't even fit your teeth in it other wise.

Well of course you have to mold it in order for it to work. The whole point of the mouth guard is for the gel to mold around your teeth after you go through the directions like any other mouth guard. You also won't get your warrenty or the performance out of any mouth guard if you choose not to mold the mouth guard as specified on the back of the package.
