For me, I listen to either Down With the Sickness (Disturbed) or Boom (POD) before the game and at the field, i make sure i get a decent workout ( for some reason i cant really play without) and then when you shake hands i run to the middle to shake hands with their keeper and sprint back and bang each pipe for one more save than i made in the last game.

Before each game, I try to get one of my players to shoot on me. I usually do this during lunch if I have no game afterschool. I use no pads. Only stick and gloves with light shots.
Throughout the day, I think of the comming game. I focus on different angle shots, different speeds and how the save should be. It sounds wierd but it helps me in the game.
On the ride to the game, I listen to my PM3 player. Once I get there, I get ready before everyone and get out onto the field. I go to my crease and just stare out for a min. or two. I just think about the comming game and get focused. Just before the face off, I say a prayer and wait for it to begin.

i try to spend the day thinking about situations(fast break, set offense/defense, man down situations..etc) and remember how we practiced all of them.
if i have time(which i usually do) i go and take open goal shots(obviously aim for corners/right inside post, high overhand shot, bounce shot...etc) which is extremely good to get focused.
warmups i just try to relax and have fun
faceoff(im on wing) i say a prayer(eyesclosed) and wait for the whistle(actually all faceoffs i do this...for some reason eyes closed works well for me).
i clean my cleats before EVERY game. listen to my ipod, pray, go over man down situations,fast breaks and face offs. i tape each wrist twice. have one of my teammates push down on my legs with me laying on the ground and before faces offs (long pole middie) i kick the back of each shoe and pray again

Before every game,
i hang out with my girl (before i get to the field)
then i tell myself im the best and no1 can stop me, while listening to "Get low" and "Lets Go!" on my ipod screaming the words and jumping up and down, then i say a prayer that im safe... thats basically how it goes down
Every game it goes like this.
1st- PUT THE CUP ON!!!
2nd- put 2 lines of eye black under my left eye and one under my right.
3rd- Cleats,sholder pads,elbowpads, helmet, left glove first then right,helmet then jersey.
4th- check my stick pound pocket throw around a lil
ALL WHILE JAMIN TO TUNES!!!!!
wow you guys def go all out. i usually go home eat a pb&j watch tv. get dressed and then pop a squat and watch south park on my ipod on the way to the field haha
im pretty simple i just listen to some tunes
then when i get to the field i get dressed up and go for 3 laps around the field still listening to music
