*hey latley I have been saying to friends that the hits we take in lax from the big defenders and middies are as hard as football or even harder. And we don't have nearly a much padding. Also we have to worry about taking a 70- whatever mph shot to the legs or chest. Let me know what you think

Most of the time football players line up their hit from a distance in lacrosse thats a penalty, so rarely are there hits that rival those in football. Although in lacrosse there is more danger from the ball and people deciding to be lumberjacks
