Either Box or Field. Or both. I play both field and box. They are very different and its great to play both.

I play field. I played box for one year but it wasn't as fun. So I just play field. Field has a whole lot more things going on and everything. Box is where there is a shot like every 30 seconds or something.

box is better for fun and for the players who want to rack up alot of points but feild lax is a more serious and challenging game

im a goalie who tried box lax and hated it.
it is so much harder it is stupid.

I did not find box goalie that hard. I found it fun. With a lot less pain.
