Field is way better. You still get to throw some nasty checks, but it takes more thinking, which gives me an advantage.

box is mostly for are friendly neighbors above us, eh and field is mostly for us americans. Also box is indoors and is much more agresive and the goalie dresses up like a hockey goalie(see any conections, eh).

I got into playing in a box league with some of my buddies a while back, and it was the most fun I ever had in my life. We got the piss knocked out of us every game, and it drained every ounce of energy I had in my body, but if you play box, and don't have fun, you must be dead. I've played in field games, and have been bored at times. In box, that never happens. You're either on the field busting your posterior, or on the bench gasping for air for the 3 minutes before you have to get back out there and bust your hump all over again.
