i play golie and i like to stand in the goal about 5-7 feet from a partner and have him shoot quick corner shots... i also run sprints, and i work on hand eye coord., but i would to kmow your position and your drills

I play middie, and I really like the fast breaks drill. It really helps you learn the offence and helps you to recognize whats going on down feild before you get there. It helps your passing, awareness, and feild vision, all things you use a lot as a middie.
I am attack and i usually do a lot of wall ball and try to practice passing on-the-run when i have someone to throw with. you can only do wall ball for so long and it gets hard if you dont have a feeder to practice with though. my favorite drill is running from x to the crease with a feeder and practiceing quik sticks and shots.
