I play D i think Poke Slap Push is what i use the most, I live of of it, its all you need to know to be good at D that and u have to be fast.

I dont know where you got your information on girls lacrosse but you definatley dont have to pass the ball 3 times...because i played one year of college and scored 86 goals when the team scored 106 so it is possible for one person to score a majority of the goals but that doesnt necessarily mean your gonna win games

maybe its different cuz wherei am from girls have to pass 3 times before they can shoot

Maybe...but the rules are the same no matter where you go it could be a school rule or coaches preference

i play attack and i just got a razor and they are sick!!! get them it u love a pinched stick but then not to much. yea if ur a middie you definitaly need endurance, agility, strenth, leadership, teamwork, stick skills

stick skills definately. A team is only as good as its passing and catching. Especially for an attackman. Their is defense ready to kill a attackman on a groundball.
