Default Please Help!!!

Hello everyone. I am somewhat new to lacrosse. I am a freshman in high school and decided to play during a summer league. I am 15 years old, 6'0, 160 pounds, average strength and speed but quick when i need to be. I also enjoy shooting and cradling. I am very fortunate to have a friend that loves lacrosse, because he gave me a kryptolyte shaft (attack) and warrior evolution 2.0 head. He also gave me a standard goal to put in my back yard. Please tell me what to do to get better stick and shooting skills!!!

I'd say throw against a wall and call up that friend and play catch and mess around. You're stick skills will just get better the more you practice. Also if you carry your stick around your house and when you're just chillin you'll get use to it. Sometimes when I'm watching t.v. i'll just cradle and stuff. Just practice.
