Do they even make these. Baseball has used donuts forever, I know there are heavy rugby balls, volleyballs, and footballs for traning. Do they make any heavy training aides for lacrosse? (Was looking at the post on improving one's shot and I thought of this). Seems like a no brainer for sport specific muscle building.

Warrior does make a weighted shaft: The Lacrosse Equipment Superstore

Some people are agaisnt it because it has a chance at screwing up your form. Also, some people put in sand or pennies into their shaft to make it heavier.

yes, they do
my coach makes a tool called the XLT Lacrosse Training Tool
its basically weights that go around the head of the stick that equal the weight of two extra lacrosse balls
