Default Pocket

What do you guys after a rainy game and your mesh has gotten all muddy. What do most of you do? If you can give me other tips on how to maintain and break in your pocket.

Thanks a lot

dip it in warm water with soap for about a minute then lather it until its clean, then if the mesh is all soft and dumb, i spray it down with a little bit of hairspray. p.s. i use jimala 10d hard mesh

I run the pocket under hot water and rub it down with a towel. I have softer mesh so i can do that but harder mesh i dont quite know.

I just clean the head. My mesh is already a dark colour so you cannot see any spots.

I use composite mesh so I just hose it off if it's muddy and toss it somewhere to dry

I just switched to Marc Mesh and haven't gotten it wet yet, but its supposed to be water resistant. Anyways, when I used regular hard mesh I would clean the head and mesh with warm water just using my fingers to get the mud off. Then just stuff it with newspaper how you like the shape of your pocket.

I run it under hot water, then do about 3 throws on a wall. Run it under more hot water, then put a baseball in the pocket and wedge it in with a pen under the sidewall. Use a baseball because the pocket is a little bit bigger than the lacrosse ball.
