Its all about preference man. Go to a local lacrosse or sporting good store and try them out for yourself. Dont get the most expensive head and expect to pwn everybody, get a head that suits your experience level.

Proton Powers are way too flexible. I would personally go with an Evo Pro. They throw great and have great resistance. I also agree with a torque
