the worst injury i ever got from lacrosse was last year. I was playing goalie and and a attackman shot and him me in the side of the ribs (where i didnt have pads). This azttack man was so good his shot must have been 70-80 mph.. anyways it cracked a rib and dislodged 2 from my sternum....played the game and afer the game was done my friend hit me in the ribs and i blacked out

I just want to say that physical therapy is amazing for rehabing injuries. I tore my ACL this winter and the first doctor didnt think I would be able to play, but the surgeon sent me to PT and it worked wonders for me. 6 weeks later I was back on the field 100%. Make sure you do exactly what you say and you will be back.

Well this isn’t the worst but its crazy one of my friends got his 7th 8th and 9th concussion this season (he cant play sports now)

my coach decided to take me out of goal and put me on attck and this kid was tryin to scoop up a ball and i was just hasslin him about it, ya know just the normal stick checks and then i see this green helmet on mine and 5 minutes later i was told that i got speared so bad it knocked me out. I had a headache for 3 days essentially.
