I have heard thousands of people talk about box Lax. WHAT IS IT???? Is box lax another name for indoor?? Do i play it. I play outdoor on grass if that helps. Call me whatever you want, make fun of me, but i like to ask a lot of questions. What are the differences between box and field Lax. If someone could post a few videos so i know wat it is that would be great. What type of equipment do u use?? Wat is the field like. Let me know any info please. Thanks

Boxlax = Greatest version of lacrose.



Box lacrosse is played on a defrosted ice rink. It is a much faster paced game. A lot of hitting (cross checking allowed). Nets are much smaller 4"ish by 4"ish. Goalies were a stack load of gear (basically hockey goalie but much bigger). Shots are taken from inclose and goalies can face 50+ shots a game.

There is also a National League. NLL.com -- Official Website of the National Lacrosse League - Home Many MLL players play in this league in the winter. It is played on the same dimesnsions as a hockey rink. Instead of the floor being concrete, they use turf.
