My team has a problem with coming out pumped up which has cost us a couple games. Does anyone know any drills or anything to help get my team in the zone?

Not drill wise but you can always play some lax videos to get into the game. Play some interesting ones. Our coach usually shows us the 2003 (I think) JHU vs UVA match. As well. play some music. My personal favourite is Headstrong by Trapt. Just experiment around. Good Luck!

well before a game yeh music is always gd i could suggest sumthing like Fucking Determined by Mudvayne, try some Disturbed, UnderOath, Slipknot, all those kind of bands get me hell umped before games. also try to step up and be a leader, try to motivate them out on the feild, if theres not much talk in the line drills, just step up and be the person that gets evry1 pumped, call ball call back make sure they knw it aswell works forf me evry single time. add other things in ther aswell, helpful things, tips/ tricks on how to beat the opposing team anything to do with winning helps alot =D
