Hi Everyone,

Just set a verbal contract with Ace Sports Inc. yesterday afternoon. A five year contract will be signed and they will be the sole provider of uniforms for the League. They will be getting back to on the final prices for jerseys and shorts. Ace Sports is not just a uniform company, they can also make decals, dahser signs, floor logos, banners, logo design and more. Some people have been asking for the breakdown of where the $5000 fee will go. The fee may go down, all depends on if refs want to be paid day of games or by check from the league. Here is the breakdown:

1. $1,000 -$1,500 goes to the Finals and All Star Game. The two final teams will get a cash prize. It all depends on how many teams we have.

2. $2,000 - $4000 goes to league expenses. Which includes liability insurance, pay roll for accounting, marketing, staff and head ref.

3. Ref money all has to be decided when I speak with my head ref. That meeting has been set and should have final answer in the next few days. The pay all depnds on how many teams we have.

Have other meetings with equipment companies and distributors. Names will not be released until an agreemnet has been reached. When selected the company will give discount prices on equipment to all organizations and players.

If people could get back to me on the progress of teams, I would appreciate. Once an organization commits to the league I will be sending a package for them to fill out. If any teams needs a letter head from me for sponsors, I can get that out to you.

We have alot of interest in the league. Just need to get teams on board and organized. The start date will be Januray of 2008. It will run until the middle of March. Season two will begin November of 2008 - March of 2009.

The Finals will be played in Morristown NJ. It is a small city that is a 35 mile drive to NYC. The facility is surrounded by bars and hotels, so night life will be fun. At the Finals teams will be given a welcome bag, we will have entertainment for players and fans. Entertainment will include a concert, cheerleaders, vendors and more. If players do have mascots would like them to come as well, to entertain the kids.
