For the money, a Warrior Revo Pro and a Brine Ignite Optra should be great. Light, and can be worked by a beginner or advanced of the advance alike. Remember, order the Defense sized shaft. And no, benching 215 but being tiny does not mean you will dominate lacrosse.

Ehh, don't go for the Optra. Get a krypto, its around the same price.

Yo,
If your just starting, defense is always the best position to start out at. You get to kill people and you don,t need great stick skills. After the first season, you will understand the game better and can switch then. About the stick, I would suggest something heavy cuz you seem pretty strong. Go to Hickory Lacrosse | High Quality Hand Finished Wood Lacrosse Shafts and buy a long pole there for like $35. It would last for like 3 years. Also, go for a Warrior head like a Razr or Revo, and be sure to use 6 diamond mesh to start out.

Not the supra i had one and i bent it in the first week. Maybe an STX stick thats what I use

yeah yo the STX Titanium shaft is nasty im saving up to get it soon..o yeah and im a freshman/bench 150 free weight/am 5'11. I start on the JV team at attack although ill sometimes play mid. Being all that strong is great but if you cant run and keep up your done in lacrosse period.

Benching nearly twice your body weight at 140 is pretty impressive though... unless that's all you do in the gym. Leave the bench and start squatting, and through in deadlifts and power cleans and you'll build real athletic strength.

if you can run long distance i say a middie but dont go straight to faceoff middie that takes real skill not power so much i am only like 4'10 and im in 8th grade and weigh like 90 pounds but since im not able to go to the gym yet (im in a country clup and the limit is 14 years old)but i do a lot of push ups and crunches and still i havent lost a face off in 2 years but you could be a pretty dominate crease middie

ok i'm just gonna put this out ther i'm a freshman weigh like 120- 125 5'3 yes thats small but i'm fast so i dont need size, also i work on my stick work and almost made varsity, just sayin that you dont need to be huge and strong but it helps, also squats are what you want to be doing bench is good but buld up your legs trust me we have a guy on are team matching your profile and i run circles around him because all he trys to do is hit, play samrt, don't just play to hit you'll lose half the time

Agreed
I hate to say it but if you just want to be a knucklehead and hit go play football or rugby.
Lacrosse is a much more dynamic game. Don't get me wrong, I love a good hit as much as the next guy, but I make sure my guys have their heads on their shoulders before they take my field.
