WALLBALL....get yourself to a wall. Practice throwing against the wall, catching it and throwing it back without cradling. Start close to the wall and as you get better, work your way back from the wall. Do it with both hands. ANother one is throw it with your right, catch with your right, then switch quickly and without cradling throw with your left. Then do it back the other way.

I would do a good amont of sprints for explosive dodges. Also, practice shooting and catcing om the run. full speed.

get a goalie who wants to take shots(to get better) get a defensemen who basically lives for lacrosse and has good stick skills. practices full out against the defensemen, cradle/dodge and then go for shots. practice with a wall. conditioning(sprints like said above) helps a lot. some attackmen(since they dont run the whole field) dont do conditioning enough so when defense wears them down they become inneffective in the 4th quarter(assuming you get game time each quarter)

Learn to catch, cradle, and throw with both hands. Be fast and be able to burst into full sprint fast, it is a must if you want to lose the defender and get to the goal.

Learn to dodge, don't bother with fakes first but instead dodges. Learn different dodges to get by the defender.

Practice accuracy while having a fast shot. Learn to shoot on corners of the goal and being able to shoot with both hands,

When cradling keep the lacrosse head near your helmet, it sounds weird but will draw a ton of penalties on the other team. Defenders will go for your lacrosse head and almost every time hot your helmet.

Be able to quickly switch hands, when you need to get by a defender being able to switch hands will allow for the stick to be protected better.

Get low when scooping the ball, it may sound dumb but what is the worse that could happen. If they push you from behind thats good because they get a penalty.

I will post more tomorrow, like some drills.
