are you left handed or right handed?
my tip that helped me was,
RIGHT HANDED SHOT: left hand (bottom hand) pulls, right hand (top hand) pushes
LEFT HANDED SAHOT: same as above just opposite, top hand stil pushes and bottom still pulls.
also, after you master shooting standing still, try some shots on the run.
PS: always push the elbow of your top hand out a bit. try using all shots. (underhand, sidearm, over hand, 3/4.) ALWAYS have your head pointing towards the taget after the follow-through and dont forget to snap your wrists.
