Since I have owned both pairs of gloves I will put my own 2 cents into this one.
The Defts are an excellent glove. Very flexible and comfortable, and are pretty damn protective. They also provide a decent tight fit. The only problem that I have with them would be that they have absolutely horrible ventilation. No backhand ventilation makes for a pretty damn sweaty hand during play. In my opinion the cuff is actually pretty comfortable and flexible as well.
The I-Pros are another excellent glove. These combine comfort, flexibility, fit and put it into one glove. The fit is great and fits like a glove should. I got these used, but barely used (like a week, 2 summer league games) and upon getting them they were already unbelievably flexible. Unlike the Defts you have to break them in. The ventilation is not great, but it is better than the Defts. The cuff I must say SUCKS ! It is very restricting, I do not strap the cuff because it is harder to cradle with it done up.
Either glove that you choose is a great one, I just say you should go to a store and try them out.
