The reason that USA lost is the same reason that the USA backetball team lost. The teams were more of an all-star team than a team that can work together, not ball hog, don't let their egos get in the way, and not be so hot headed about winning that they give it all they got in every game and practice. I am happy though that Canada finally won a World Championship and that Gary Gait can go out in the best way imaginable.
