Your English is indeed hard to read. But as far as I get it this is my opinion---> You cannot compare lifting 10 times 70 KG (I'm Dutch

) with 20 times 35 KG. If you want to gain mussles you do 6-12 reps with as much weight as you can. Offcourse do the excercise proper
