If you need to drop a lot of weight fast for a weigh in for a sport such as wrestling here is a good technique. It isn’t too healthy so I don’t recommend doing it a lot. I recommend eating healthy and lose weight over a period of time but if worse comes to worse use this technique

For a Saturday morning weigh in, do the following:

Monday: drink 6 32oz bottles of water, and cut back on salt and simple carb intake. Take a fiber supplement before dinner, go with max dose

Tuesday: drink 9 32oz bottles of water, and up your protein intake by 75-100grams. Take a fiber supplement before dinner, go with max dose

Wednesday: drink 11 32oz bottles of water, cut carb intake at dinner by 1/3, increase protein by another 50grams. Take a fiber supplement before dinner, go with max dose

Thursday: drink no less than 12 32oz bottles of water, cut carbs by half at dinner, replace with veggies. Take a fiber supplement before dinner, only consume half the dose

Friday: depending how far you are from making weight, either:
1) consume normal food and water intake
2) consume half of normal food and water intake
3) consume no more than 8oz of water over the day, along with a boiled chicken breast spread out over the course of the day
4) do not consume fiber supplement on this day

If you're still 5lbs over or more at bedtime, eat a lemon as you would an orange and go to bed. This should cause to urinate the last of the water weight before you go to bed.

Other Guidelines that MUST be followed:
1) Double your multivitamin intake
2) For every 32oz of water you drink, take a 500mg tab of Vitamin C
3) Every time you eat, take a B-50, even when you take your multivitamins
4) Buy Ultra Water by GNC, and take it as directed... it'll help you from feeling to nauses
5) Consume your veggies with lunch and dinner... have fruit with breakfast

Other things that I do while dropping weight:
1) Take glutamine; I strive for 15-20grams a day
2) Up my creatine dosage to 15-25grams a day. Helps fight the nauseated feeling from all the water

I Hope This Helps,
Paul

EDIT: If you're seriously restricting any part of your dietary intake, and are not pooping sufficiently during the early part of the week, then Thursday afternoon/evening, drink some 100%Prune juice as follows:
1) Fill a coffee mug with 100% Pure Prune Juice
2) Stick the coffe mug in the microwave, and nuke it till its warm
3) Drink the warm prune juice in a prompt manner (my suggestion: Pinch your nose and throw back the prune juice so it avoids your tongue)
4) Stay close to the toilet, and make sure you have sufficient TP and/or wipes
