ok i'm just gonna put this out ther i'm a freshman weigh like 120- 125 5'3 yes thats small but i'm fast so i dont need size, also i work on my stick work and almost made varsity, just sayin that you dont need to be huge and strong but it helps, also squats are what you want to be doing bench is good but buld up your legs trust me we have a guy on are team matching your profile and i run circles around him because all he trys to do is hit, play samrt, don't just play to hit you'll lose half the time
