Word of advice: if your concussion is as bad as you say it is, don't come back.

I had a class 3-4 concussion, and I started doing just plain activities, you know, messing around with my friends too soon, and I got reconcussed. Right now, it will be very easy for you to get another concussion.

I wasn't allowed to run for a long time, because just the jiggling of the brain can cause bad things.

You don't want to have permanent brain damage, take your time. Sit out as long as you need too, until you stop getting any headaches, or becoming dizzy. I often blacked out a little after I stood up, so if that keeps happening to you, don't do any physical activites.
