ya all heads made by Brine, Warrior, STX, and Gait in the last 15 years will be illegle needless to say some you could probably modify to be legal but a stiffi would be hard to unpinch since it has the metal reinforcements
but as of now it will take place for HS but some people are trying to boycot the rule so it is possible it doesnt happen
