All you have to do is just run fast and hae a good power cradle. You don't need all the fancy moves I stick to a couple of standards when you have no choice but to clear the ball-
Make sure you can go lefty and righty
power cradle/use your arms as a shield
protet your stick dont give up
run fast and juke with your body
no need for face dodges and flip tricks etc. the attack will be surprised if they see a goalie going full speed!
