You shold also do cardio. It will help you lose weight also. You need to speed up your metabolism to lose weight. Eat more healthy foods in smaller portions (6 small meals a day). This will quicken your metabolism, helping you to lose weight also.
If you eat junk and sit all, day, you will not lose weight. Exersice, eat proper foods, and drink a lot of water.
I always keep a water bottle with me. I take a backpack and fill it with 5-7 bottles (500mL eash bottle)
