When I went to an U19 camp, we played a lot of games. And as a goalie, just facing these high level shots help me improve so much. I faced very little of these shots and it helped me with my game.
Also, talk with the coaches there. They can give you small pieces of advice that may be helpful.
Remember to have fun. If you get too caught up, you can perform poorly and then not learn anything.
