Default [Review] deBeer/Gait alloy Triax

deBeer (Gait) Alloy Triax

Feel
The feel of this shaft is truly one-of-a kind. In my opinion, it’s one of the best. With no particular grip/texture on the metal, some people dislike it. People also don’t like it because of the “Tri” shape. For me however, it’s perfect.

7/10

Weight
The weight is… well it’s O.K. Don’t expect much. Some may say it’s light because of the cropped edges, but I say otherwise.

5/10

Durability/Strength
The shaft has a fair amount of strength. Way more than you would expect from a regular 6000 ally shaft. I mean, look at the STX Al6000… awful. But the triax, it’s something else. I bet if you had the right person, they could snap an Al600 in half with this beauty.

7/10

Appearance
I couldn’t find many other colors on the Internet except for silver. As for the physical appearance, the 3 points are fun to look at and stand out. Plus it really improves your cradling.

9/10

Price
I’m going to be honest; I got this shaft for 10 bucks at a local store-used. I couldn’t find many places on the Internet the sell them. I’d say it costs any where from 35 to 80 dollars. Very cheap, if you ever see one for sale, buy it!

10/10

Overall
Lets review, shall we? It improves your cradling, it looks so beastly, it costs $10, and it packs a big punch

7.5/10
