what you need....
-to have/acces to a rebound wall and a goal or a partner and a goal
-a bunch of balls
1) pretend your on offense
2) have your friend play right/center middie
3) he has the balls
4) have him feed you balls for quick sticks or catch and dodge around an imaginary friend
5) come up from behind, across, down from left middie spot or wherever else
6) keep repeating every day
