Moderator Roles in Trades
Alright as many of you know that trading and or selling items on this site is your responsibility and in no way are any member of the moderating staff responsible for someone who "scammed" you or didn't follow through with their end of the deal.
There are many steps that could be taken to resolve a problem like this.
-Since you have the persons name and address you could file for mail fraud with many websites. If you chose to file for mail fraud I highly suggest that you call your local police department seeing as many if not all of them have a fraud department that could help you out in this matter.
-Use as much evidence as possible, Ex. Aim conversations, Emails, Address, Item Description/pictures, Etc.
-If you used paypal and seems as though they are the problem in this contact them by phone preferably, I always would rather speak directly to someone, at 1-888-221-1161
