alright at the last camp i went to i spoke w/ coach Dyer (althetic trainer for JHU and many pros from different sports) He said that you need to consume 3 cups of oatmeal perday along w/ your average meals. This allows your body to consume more calories making it easier for your body to rebuild muscles bigger. 1 cup is 3 packs.
