1# rule for me:
Don't beat yourself up. The ball's are going to go in sometime! Just picture after a ball going in, the same shot. but you saved it! It's what made me great.
Remember to follow the ball, KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BALL
Most of the time if u dont have ur eye on the ball, it's going to go in.
Step to the ball! Most goalies think they can stop it just by putting there stick in front of it! Get your body there first, then your stick. Your body is much bigger than your goalie head! Also when rotating your stick make sure your head is fully open. Practice by spinning it like a windmill in your home.

all great goalies practice. I practice in my home! Take your stick and gloves. Pretend a ball is flying at you. Stop that ball!
