In high school I would have never gotten the chance to play on turf so grass would do but after going through a college that has turf...and unlike the new artificial grass fields it is the old school astro turf(basically a carpet laid out on cement) I hate playing on anything else, ground balls are easier, it is a much faster game, grass I now find to be annoying with all the bumps and mud spots...turf all the way!!!!
