Default Push-ups

A 100 push-ups is not gonna get you THAT strong. It will help but the core helps alot with shoty though you may not realize. It is were torque comes from. To gain weight you eat more and exercise. Try to multiply weight by 13 and eat that many calories to gain weight whil exercising. To lose weight try multiplying by 7 or 8 while drinking lots of water.
