Try out the AV8 also. All of those heads are nice and wide allowing you to pick up the skills necessary quickely. And they can be easily pinched once you get better. As for the shaft, I would go with something cheap like an aluminum. There is no need to waste money on an expensive shaft when youj first start off. You can get a better once you get your skills up.
