one thing i recommend is stay slightly outside the goal to cut of angle and dont be afraid to let the ball hit u!
yesterday i got nailed in my shin and in the balls bro lol! also try and clear to the sides of the field if ure defense isnt helping u throw down the side of the field and hope to hit ure team. if u get scored on keep ure head up and think about what u did wrong to do better next time
